The Delmarva Chorus was proudly chartered with Sweet Adelines International in 2003.

Our first gathering was on August 20, 2001 when we formed as the Delmarva Women's Barbershop Chorus

with plans to become Sweet Adelines when all of the requirements were met, such as a form of governance,

a 15 minute performance package, and more. We quickly became a popular addition to Ocean Pines

and surrounding Communities as our first songs were God Bless America and This Is My Country,

songs that were very meaningful after the tragedy of September 11, 2001.

Our members are residents from Worcester County MD and Sussex County DE.
